Data we collect

Account data: name, email and an encrypted password you provide at registration.

Bybit API keys: entered by you from the Settings page and stored encrypted (Crypt::encryptString). No third party or other user can read them.

Trading history: order, price and result records required for the bot to operate.

Technical data: IP address, browser type and session data — for security and maintenance.

How we use data

To operate the bot — market analysis and order execution through your Bybit account.

To manage accounts — authentication, saving settings, security.

To send notifications (Telegram/email) — only if you enable this feature.

We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

API key security

API keys are used only to connect to Bybit and are stored encrypted in the database.

We strongly advise never granting the API key withdrawal permission — the bot does not need it.

You can revoke or rotate your keys at any time from the Bybit dashboard.

Your rights

You may view and correct your data in your profile or by contacting the administrator.

Upon account deletion we erase your data, except where retention is required by law.

You can disable notifications at any time from Settings or by writing to us directly.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will publish the updated version here and refresh the date above.

For significant changes we will notify you by email or an in-platform message.
